and still work with their hands.

without being told, you’ll fit right in.

This Role Is NOT For You If

1. You wait to be told what to do
2. You avoid responsibility when problems show up
3. You’re not comfortable using apps or tracking your work
4. You’ve never led a crew before

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Running a crew of 2–4 installers on-site
2. Staying hands-on with carpentry work
3. Keeping projects on track, clean, and organized
4. Solving problems fast, without slowing the job
5. Using internal system to track tasks and progress
6. Communicating clearly with field and office

What You MUST Have

1. Minimum 15 years carpentry experience
2. Proven experience leading a team
3. Strong technical ability in framing and finishing
4. Ability to plan your day and stay ahead of the job
5. Reliability and accountability
