- Construct, install, and repair various wooden structures, including frameworks, stairways, doorframes, and window frames.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans to determine project requirements.
- Select and procure appropriate materials for construction projects.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects and contractors, to ensure project success.

- Demonstrate proficiency in various carpentry techniques, including framing, finishing, and cabinetry.
- This position is not limited to the above; it can involve the installation of other products mentioned by the employee during the
interview, such as flooring, windows, roofing, kitchen, and siding installations. The Employee agrees to be employed on the terms and
conditions set out in this Agreement. The Employee agrees to be subject to the general supervision of and act pursuant to the orders,
advice and direction of the Employer.
The Employee will perform any and all duties as requested by the Employer that are reasonable and that are customarily performed
by a person holding a similar position in the industry or business of the Employer.
Training and Team Building: - learn with other employees to build a team of professional installers within a year.
- Develop training programs and instructional materials to ensure new team members are proficient in various types of flooring installation
and other related
skills. - Provide hands-on guidance and supervision to trainees during installation projects to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Assess the progress of trainees and adjust training methods to address areas for improvement.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience in the installation of ceramic and porcelain tiles, carpet flooring, vinyl flooring, SPC core flooring and all kinds of wall tiles.
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Familiarity with basic carpentry and renovation tasks.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines.
